Model LC26DA5U and India has Pal B. I have a Liteon DVR. Can it be used to convert signal?

If you have a VCR, you can first connect the RF(antenna Cable) to the VCR, than you connect the VCR AV output to the LCD TV AV input. By switching the LCD to AV Mode and control the tv channel via the VCR, it should work.

Unfortunatly, attempting a conversion through A/V is going to end in tears. Your LCD TV has three colour system options NTSC, PAL M, Pal N none of which are compatible with Pal B in India - nearest is PAL N which is a cutdown bandwidth version of PAL B. You will require any device that incorates a PAL B tuner and preferrably full system conversion to NTSC, PAL M or Pal N
