In India TVs work on PAL. Is it possible to use US’s NTSC TVs in India by following method? I am thinking we can convert the Indian PAL signals into standard Audio-Video signal using VCR and provide that AV as input to the NTSC TVs, because all latest TVs have AV input. Is this possible, please advise.

Depends on the VCR You need a multi-standard VCR that can take PAL and output NTSC. If it is a PAL VCR, it is not going to help. NTSC applies to ALL Video signals - tuner, component, composite, and S-video
