I am looking to buy an iphone for a friend in India. The one I'm looking at is an APPLE iPHONE 2G 8GB 3.1.2 OS.. It is unlocked. So will it be able to work in India? Or does it need to be jailbroken to do that? If it's unlocked do you only have to put in ur SIM card to make it work there? Any help is appreciated.
