solicit the accounting firms. Also, if you have not yet read the book "The World is Flat", then read it. It may give you other outsourcing ideas. Perhaps work for a firm there for a while and see how they solicit the business. Learn the software and procedures...then open your own business and compete w your old one. Good luck!

You either... A) get hired at a company in India that has contracts with US companies B) start your own company and get your own contracts. If you do not know how to do (B) then do work for another company until you do know enough to open your own business. While you are doing that I would work on your sales and marketing skills as they will play a key role in being successful getting contracts.
