You need to talk to someone who lives there. TVs made for the US run on 110 to 120 volt alternating current at a frequency of 60 Hertz (60 cycles per second). If the line voltage and frequency does not match you would need a hefty converter to power it and that converter would have to output 60 Hertz. THEN there is the problem of the TV channels. They might not use the same TV channels or method of broadcasting them. I would suggest you buy the TV there. It would be a lot less trouble. Same goes for any appliances especially refrigerators, washing machines, dryers and the like that use motors.

Yes it will work for sure provided you need a different wire for it coz the socket systems are different in India. You an get this wire form the same shop you brought your TV and if not ask them which other shop can you get it. Its better if you find it here I don't think you will find it in India.

Their are two things you will need.. one of them is in your control the other is not Here are your options, If you brought your Iphone4 from the AT&T store your in luck... all you would need to do is sign up for their International "Roaming" service but even then the local carriers in india would need their hardware compatible with the phone in which I have NO IDEA on what the situation is over there as in the towers and other hardware they have Situation Two: You brought the Iphone 4 online or from a 3rd party Electronics dealer such as Best Buy or other Department Store such as Walmart... In this case It would be "unlocked" and you would have to purchase a "SIM" card which is a "Flash" card like thingy that has the "Firmware" and other proprietary software that tells the cellphone how to connect and operate on it's specific network without that special card your Iphone4 is pretty much dead with maybe the plausible exception of Wifi So if you buy a SIM card in India your cellphone will ONLY WORK IN INDIA So, in short, It would be best to have this thing brought at AT&T as they have the "Technical Know-how" and will be able to fix you up in a jiffy Hope this helped J.D.
