Based on the specs I just looked at for the phone, it will work best with T-Mobile's US service. There are four major carriers in the US, but only two of them (T-Mobile and AT&T) use GSM technology, so you couldn't use the phone with Verizon or Sprint (which use CDMA). The frequencies of that phone will work with both T-Mo and AT&T for voice and text, but if you want data, you should use T-Mobile, as their 3G frequencies match up better.

When I went to have glasses made in Mesa, AZ, I was shown the machine that cuts the lenses. The man at Eyeglass World said that a computer scans the shape of the holes where the lenses go. It then uses those measurements to cut the lenses with your prescription that fit the eyeglasses from India, or from anywhere, I would think.

I think there's no different on the eyeglass frame in India and America so they should work on it. Check for this video really interesting.

it will work

No. DVDs are made to work in different parts of the world. The US is region 1 where as India is region 5. You DVD player is a region 1 so it can only play region 1 discs. There is one way to get around it though. In several on-line forums you can learn hacks that you can do to your player to make it region free. Then you can play it on your player. Also a computers region code can be changed to play multi-region discs. Be careful though. The region on your computer can only be changed 5 times. So choose wisely.

If your DVD player is region-free then it can. Many of the players sold in stores can be hacked to activate this feature, but you'll have to look online for your specific DVD player's model. Otherwise, if you have a Chinatown or Japantown near you, go to a video store there, and they sell region-free players for $40 or so. You can also buy pre-modified DVD players that have been made to be region-free from various shops on the internet as well. I bought a player from Oppo Digital (oppodigital.com) which has gotten great reviews as an upscaling DVD player, and is also easily made to be region-free by entering a simple code into the remote.

Yes it works............As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked. Hope this helps.

Yes, it will work just fine on either T-Mobile or AT&T, which are America's GSM networks.
