Have you considered joining a Rotary Club, or if you are under 30, a Rotaract Club? There are thousands of them (both Rotaract and Rotary) in India, doing all sorts of projects to benefit Indians, and there are many that could benefit from your medical experience. Take a look at www.rotary.org or www.rotaract.org ; to find you nearest Rotary Clubs, visit http://www.rotary.org/support/clubs/index.html ; unfortunately there isn't a similar listing of Rotaract Clubs; you can either try emailing rotaract@rotary.org for information or join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rotaractnet and post a question there asking what Rotaract clubs are in your area.
