If no, is there anthing I can buy which can make it work in India India has some different voltage supply, i guess it is 110 in canada and about 240 in India.

It will not work. Not only will Indian games not work on the XBOX (you can only use North American ones) but it will not show up on a TV there. I know some high end HDTVs play NTSC and PAL, but PAL is European and I'm not sure if they use that in India. Getting an adapter for the voltage should be the easiest thing to fix, though.
